Africa Eco Race 2015 - Stage 6

A massive sand storm over northern Mauretania made it impossible for the rescue and organization helicopters to start. Therefore the special stage had to be cancelled. All competitors went as convoy to the border between Morocco and Mauretania, handled all the formalities to enter Mauretania and proceeded to the bivouac at Chami.

Hopefully the weather gets better and the rally can go on as stage 7 is planned to be the longest of the race, 433 km of mostly sand and dunes.
