The last stage in Morocco's desert and also the last stage before the rest day again started directly from the bivouac at As Sakn, Morocco, over fast tracks with few rocks. The road book did not contain any waypoints for that part. This as well as the sand storm made the navigation very tricky. This was followed by 10 km of pits and cols offering the competitors an amazing panorama unique to the south of Morocco. Following the Amra oued and passing multiple dried lakes led the competitors after 225 km to the finish in Laayoune, Morocco. After a long liaison of 532 km alongside the Atlantic Ocean they reached the biouvac at Dakhla, Morocco, where they will also spend their well deserved rest day.
